Forest-grown Arabica from the Baliem Valley

Baliem Coffee is a single origin Arabica brought to you through tribal cooperatives in the highlands of Baliem Valley, New Guinea. Our coffee is shade-grown within customary forests at an altitude of 1400m, carrying earth and woody notes with subtleties of palm sugar, red fruits and tobacco.

Baliem Coffee is an initiative sprouted by Sahabat Alam Papua (SAPA) to support tribal sovereignty in the modern world. Cultivated through a chemical-free process, coffee here is shaped by Suku Adat and long-standing relations with territory, spirit and the surrounds.
